Job description

Job Purpose

Overall management of the day to day branch operations to meet sales and service targets and to ensure customer service excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Promote the sales of the company’s products and services to existing and new customers
• Constantly analyse consumers, competitors and information channels and adjust the branch strategy accordingly
• Network to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and company
• Manage the branch budget in alignment with the financial strategy and plan of the organisation
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders nationally through the entire sales process
• Custodian of the customer database that includes potential prospects and client information relating to all sales relations
• Develop and lead a team that is competent, dedicated and efficient.
• Develop strategic sales plans for the branch to ensure growth and sustainability
• Accountable for the branch operations on a daily base
• Set guidance principles and support implementation of good governance practices
• Stay abreast of competing markets and provide reports on market movement and penetration
• Management of staff and teams within your branch
• Responsible for the achievement of revenue and profit targets for your branch

Education/ Qualification(s):

Degree in Business Administration would be an advantage

Experience

• Minimum 4 years proven ICT & management experience
