Minimum Requirements

• Driver’s license and own transport
• Willing to travel to clients (Johannesburg and Pretoria- occasionally national)
• Bachelor’s degree, diploma or higher certificate in Human Resource Management or related field
• 3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar role
• Good technical skills
• Experience working on a HR/Payroll system
• Good communication skills
• Good interpersonal skills
• Good business knowledge
• Negotiation skills
• The ability to stay calm under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• The ability to keep objectives and goals firmly in sight
• The ability to remain flexible and seek alternative options to problems
• Analytical skills

• Performance Management | Recruitment | Workforce Planning | Training/Skills/Qualifications |
• Incident Management
• Research and stay updated with the latest BCEA requirements and best practice processes.
• Analyse and document client requirements (includes process and reporting requirements).
• Advise/guide clients to ensure they are in line with best practice as well as meeting their strategic goals and following company policy.
• Consult with consulting manager and development team to discuss clients gaps, requirements and suggest ideas for enhancements or changes in line with best practice and to cater for client needs
• Configure HR modules according to client requirements.
• Train users on the system.
• Obtain client sign-on after each module implemented.
• Support clients on any HR related queries.
