Job description
We are currently looking for a skilled and dynamic Helpdesk Technician / Coordinator to join our current support team. You will support and maintain a wide variety of technologies across a number of clients and report directly to our Technical Management.
We are also looking for someone with a positive attitude and good client relations as you will be liaising directly with clients for telephonic support. You must have good email and telephone etiquette with a proven track record. You need to be able to work well in a team as well as on your own proving to be proactive.
Requirements:
