Job description

Be fully responsible for managing the Retail Channel across their Dairy Business. They require candidates with strong Commercial experience and proven experience in Joint Business Planning with customers.

Non-Negotiable requirements:
- Degree or 3-year Diploma
- Minimum of 5 years FMCG and at least 3 years on a Regional level
- Proven relationships within the Retail channel specifically on Pick ‘n Pay, Spar and Shoprite
- Proven sales analysis, operational execution, promotional grid planning, price management and P&L management experience
- Full autonomy and decision making power – our client are looking for “Commercial Acumen” and candidates that are “Hungry” for growth and personal development.
