    Business Development Manager

    Job description

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Primarily responsible for new business flows and achieving annual new business targets
    • Responsible for developing and executing the business development strategy in Gauteng and the surrounding regions
    • Managing the relationship with existing distribution channels
    • Training and development of the distribution channels and intermediaries
    • To support investment projects and campaigns
    • Identifying and developing relationships with new distribution channels
    • Networking with a variety of high net worth stakeholders
    • Educating stakeholders on developments in the business
    • Identifying new opportunities

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar or related capacity
    • CFP will be advantageous
    • Strong Investment sales experience with an existing network, where private client experience will be a distinct advantage
    • Good understanding of investment markets and the economy
    • Good understanding of investment products, including the advantages and disadvantages of different products
