Job description
Main Purpose:
Provide direct support to the HR Director and ensure that all agreed to deadlines are delivered on time. Deliver HR services directly and through a team of HR professionals, procedures, and processes that are considered value added, measurable, directly tied to the Company’s business objectives, and aimed at increasing employee success and satisfaction. Serve as a subject matter expert on a wide range of HR topics. Overseeing the development of the Shared Services, identifying development areas and providing coaching as needed; Oversee the development of the HR Shared Services . Initiate and lead best practice sharing and process improvement in HR operations. Contribute to the strategic direction of Human Resources through active participation on the HR operations leadership team; lead and participate on HR projects in support of the company’s business strategy.
