The Valuations Review and Advisory Committee (VRAC) plays an important role in providing informed feedback and advice to the Valuer-General with regard to the performance of the OVG’s valuations functions.
This review and advisory mechanism also serve to provide confidence in the integrity of the practices of the OVG.
The VRAC performs its role by providing independent review and advise to the Valuer-General.
Requirements
Extensive experience in the area of Valuations / Real Estate broadly (immovable, movable and business properties).
A minimum of a Masters’ degree in Valuations or a related field with a minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience or PHD in Valuations or related field.
