A Property Valuation Academic (Pretoria) at Office of the Valuer-General

RESPONSIBILITY: 

• The Valuations Review and Advisory Committee (VRAC) plays an important role in providing informed feedback and advice to the Valuer-General with regard to the performance of the OVG’s valuations functions.
• This review and advisory mechanism also serve to provide confidence in the integrity of the practices of the OVG.
• The VRAC performs its role by providing independent review and advise to the Valuer-General.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in the area of Valuations / Real Estate broadly (immovable, movable and business properties). 
• A minimum of a Masters’ degree in Valuations or a related field with a minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience or PHD in Valuations or related field.
