An American multinational technology company based in Seattle, is currently looking for (A2 Level) German-speaking Customer Service Consultants to join their team in Cape Town. The company focuses on e-commerce, cloud computing, digital streaming, and artificial intelligence. The company has a wonderful employee centric culture where they understand the value of a happy team and are eager to see their staff develop.This role involves managing of customer service-related queries within new and existing markets with a combination of providing excellent customer service. It would involve managing majorly inbound and very few outbound calls for customers to handle queries and service of high standards.
