    Account Director

    The Role

    • A senior client lead and team leader, the successful AD candidate will interpret and direct public relations strategies for clients in a consumer portfolio and ensure that all plans are delivered and are in line with client's scope of work. Account Directors at Atmosphere drive creativity and freshness in approach across their client portfolios.

    Responsibilities

    • Sets strategy and guides deliverery, ensuring that content and solutions speak to the full PESO model
    • Takes ultimate repsonsibility for client relationships and the team's delivery of exceptional work
    • Overall team leader and actively manages the team in terms of growth and accountability
    • Handles all contractual and financial aspects of the client relationship and takes an active role in managaing the team's profitability
    • Keeps up to date with new PR trends and innovates approacheds for clients accordingly
    • Actively looks for opportunities to sell in/ upsell new projects and services and plays an active role in new business drives for the business
    • Quality controls all work produced by the team

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree
    • 8+ years of experience
    • Strong presentation skills
    • Experience in managing people and teams
    • Possess a creative mindset
