Lead the strategic planning, execution, and management of client relationships within the video division, ensuring clients' needs are met and exceeded.
Develop and manage budgets, overseeing financial performance and ensuring projects stay within scope.
Champion exceptional customer service, building strong client relationships based on trust, open communication, and a deep understanding of their goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless execution of projects, from concept to delivery, aligning with clients' visions.
Drive innovation, identifying opportunities to deliver cutting-edge content solutions that exceed client expectations.
Foster an entrepreneurial culture within the video division, inspiring the team to think creatively and take ownership of their projects.
Establish and maintain KPIs to measure project success, and continuously optimize processes for improved efficiency and quality.
Present and communicate project progress, updates, and results to clients and internal stakeholders.
Act as a mentor to your team, providing guidance, support, and fostering their professional growth.
Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to keep the division at the forefront of innovation.
What you would need:
Proven track record of at least 7 years in a senior role, preferably as an Account Director or similar, within a creative or content-focused agency.
In-depth understanding of video production, content marketing, and digital media.
Strong business acumen with a history of successfully managing budgets, client relationships, and project lifecycles.
Entrepreneurial spirit with a start-up mindset, comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to inspire and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas and results persuasively.
Degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field is preferred.
