    Account Executive servicing

    YOUR ROLE

    • As an Account Executive on our client’s sales team, you will serve as a trusted advisor to prospects throughout the entire buying process, from initial evaluation to close and through the onboarding of the entire team. You will be the primary point of contact until onboarding, at which point you will hand off to our client’s Account Management team. Simply put, you will have the opportunity to impact businesses in a big way on a daily basis.

    WHAT YOU WILL DO

    • Provide an excellent experience with a positive attitude to every client, on every occasion.
    • Position the value of our client’s service with stakeholders through consultations via email and video calls.
    • Manage a pipeline of inbound opportunities to consistently drive revenue for the company and strong ROI for our client’s customers.
    • Become an expert in assessing the use case of the prospect and customize your presentation based on the prospect's company size, industry, and desired customer experience.
    • Proactively report on learnings and valuable feedback to the service team to improve the offering and prioritize the right projects.
    • Stay knowledgeable about our client’s evolving offerings and understand the nuances of how they can be used to support prospects accordingly.
    • Hit sales metrics of success while providing timely and accurate forecasts and clear visibility into revenue performance.
    • Continuously learn new ideas, processes, and unique requirements and share them within the organization.
    • Prioritize competing requests effectively and exude client satisfaction with your passion and dedication.

    • An analytical and critical thinker with an eye for even the most minute details.
    • Skilled at building rapport with both internal and external stakeholders, seen as a reliable expert on Client Satisfaction, Sales, and our client’s Services.
    • A top performer in an inside/mid-market sales role with 2+ years of experience closing net new logos (BPO experience is a bonus but not required).
    • Driven to succeed in sales because you are self-motivated and love winning and helping your clients achieve their goals.
    • Naturally curious with a history of learning new things quickly, especially important in a remote company where you won’t always have people nearby to learn from.
    • Excited to use consultative sales strategies in a competitive market.
    • Highly organized and able to manage several responsibilities at once with little oversight.
    • Experienced in tracking all your sales activity and reports in a customer relationship management software (HubSpot preferred but not required).
    • Happy to wear several hats: sales, support, customer success. Over the course of onboarding, you may support any one of them, mobilizing your teammates for support.
    • Above all, an entrepreneur excited by the prospect of building your business and hitting your quarterly and annual goals.

    MUST-HAVES:

    • Complex Sales Expertise: Experience selling complex services or technical solutions with long sales cycles, including navigating RFP processes.
    • Selling to ICP (CX): Proven success in selling to customer experience roles such as customer support, technical support, and support engineering teams.
    • CRM Proficiency: Advanced experience using HubSpot or Salesforce.com for deal management, campaigns, and sequencing.
    • Outbound Sales Expertise: Strong background in outbound sales strategies, including running campaigns, sequencing, and leveraging tools like Apollo and AI-driven platforms.
    • Startup Environment Experience: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment while juggling multiple responsibilities and adapting to change.
    • Task Prioritization: Skilled at focusing on revenue-generating activities while balancing campaigns and outreach sequencing.
    • Working with a US Based portfolio in the past 

    NICE-TO-HAVES:

    • Outsourcing Experience: Some exposure to the outsourcing industry, as this can be taught but is an advantage.
    • Complex/Technical Sales Background: Familiarity with selling technical solutions to mid-market or enterprise clients.
    • Industry Knowledge: Experience in target verticals like tech, SaaS, eCommerce, health tech, or financial tech.
    • Cultural Awareness: Understanding of global markets and ability to navigate diverse client bases.
