Account Manager – Advertising (Marketplace Sponsored Ads)

Responsibilities:
- Drive adoption and growth of the self-service sponsored advertising platform among marketplace sellers.
- Analyze advertising and sales performance data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Build media plans and identify upselling opportunities for key advertiser accounts.
- Manage advertising campaigns from booking through execution, reporting, and billing.
- Monitor campaign performance and share results with clients and stakeholders.
- Support seller acquisition, retention, and advertising revenue growth initiatives.
- Partner with Account Managers, Marketing, CRM, and Technical teams to improve seller engagement and platform performance.
- Assist with training, webinars, case studies, and educational content to increase platform adoption.
- Escalate and resolve operational or platform-related issues.
