Our client, one of South Africa’s leading financial service providers, is seeking a high-calibre Account Manager: Group Schemes to join their innovative team. Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Market Insights: Monitor and assess sales and market data for your geographic region. Conduct product and primary data research to identify key market trends and help management formulate growth strategies.
Customer Relationship Management: Develop and execute relationship management plans for existing customer accounts. Connect with key decision-makers, gather feedback, and ensure customer needs are consistently met.
Data Analytics & Reporting: Prepare, coordinate, and interpret complex data and analytics reports, translating technical insights into actionable business recommendations.
Project & Account Management: Manage a portfolio of product projects from milestones to final deliverables while independently guiding client accounts to maximize mutual benefits.
Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure all operations fully adhere to regulatory codes, codes of conduct, and organizational policies.
Requirements :
Grade 12 / SAQA Accredited Equivalent.
Relevant Diploma or Degree (Business Management, Marketing) and FAIS accreditation.
Proven work experience in group schemes sales and administration within the long-term insurance industry.
Advantageous: Marketing or sales experience in related fields like banking, finance, or insurance.
Independence in negotiation, commercial acumen, and sales planning.
Strong verbal communication and data analysis capabilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and standard office software
