    Account Manager

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Achieve agreed sales targets for Northwest and Northern Limpopo regions.
    • Conduct regular visits to the Northwest and Northern Limpopo regions.
    • Meet profitability goals as agreed upon.
    • Proactively seek and create new opportunities within the market.
    • Build, develop, and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
    • Provide after-sales service and regularly entertain customers.
    • Establish and maintain a healthy prospect pipeline.
    • Achieve targeted customer visit frequency.
    • Perform market and competitor analysis.
    • Ensure timely and accurate completion of enquiries, quotes, and tenders.
    • Load rental orders into the ERP system.
    • Assist accounts personnel with the collection of outstanding and overdue payments.
    • Complete weekly/monthly reports accurately and on time.
    • Comply with all reasonable instructions.
    • Adhere to Occupational Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality Control standards.
    • Follow clients' SHEQ code of conduct and standards.

    Requirements:

    • Diploma/Degree in Marketing or Sales
    • At least 3 years of relevant experience.
    • Demonstrated successful track record in achieving sales targets.
    • Experience in report writing and using an ERP system.
    • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
    • Valid Drivers License
    • Good understanding of sales and rentals.
    • Knowledge of mobile units and construction products.
    • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly build rapport with customers and colleagues.
    • Proficient in market intelligence.
    • Experience with cost control.
    • Proficiency in MS Office packages.
    • Excellent sales and communication skills.
    • Energetic, target-driven, and adaptable.
    • Competent in administrative tasks, including quotations, weekly sales reporting, and lease agreements.
    • Strong planning and organizing skills
