    Account Manager II, New Business Renewals

    About the Role

    As an Account Manager, you will partner with your accounts, calling on key stakeholders to measure and improve the client satisfaction of our products. You will provide excellent customer support and value added services to ensure retention and renewal of our customers. You will build and manage relationships to identify opportunities for sales of new and additional Solutions products.

    Responsibilities

    • Developing and maintaining solid relationships with clients.
    • Identifying opportunities for account growth and expansion.
    • Resolving customer issues and addressing concerns in a timely manner.
    • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
    • Maintaining a deep understanding of industry trends and competitor activity.
    • Creating and delivering presentations on products, services, and industry trends.

    Requirements

    • Able to use marketing automation tools (e.g., Eloqua) and Salesforce CRM
    • Be a highly driven and enthusiastic sales professional.
    • Be able to demonstrate a proven track record of sales success.
    • Be able to develop new processes and adapt/improve current sales processes for maximum efficiency.
