    Account Manager

As our company continues to grow, we’re looking for talented professionals to join us in this new era.

    As a Key Account Manager your duties and responsibilities are to:

    • Acquire new accounts effectively and manage existing accounts in the territory.
    • Develop and execute strategic account plans and tactics to ensure that each account delivers maximum potential profitable volume
    • Orchestrate resources, plan, strategize and communicate with line of business resources.
    • Achieve revenue and margin objectives with all assigned accounts, ensuring maximum growth and profitability
    • Actively pursue new Information Security opportunities for LAWtrust
    • Translate clients’ business challenges into opportunities by understanding and engaging their business and advising your client
    • Understand LAWtrust products and demonstrate this knowledge by presenting the products to customers
    • Create and maintain relevant documentation and materials, e.g. Proposals; Tender responses.
    • Develop / execute strategic account plans and tactics to build relationships, develop early cycle business opportunities, increase account penetration, deliver strategic value and schedule regular business reviews with the client.
    • Exercise good judgement in utilising LAWtrust personnel, funds and other resources in building relationships, creating opportunities and winning deals.
    • Effectively interact and engage with the LAWtrust Product Leads, Sales Executive, and team to provide appropriate solutions for LAWtrust customers.
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitor’s products, programs and pricing.
    • Monitor industry/market trends and developments.
    • Display high level of negotiation skills in the process of converting opportunities to revenue.
    • Identify and cultivate professional business relationships within accounts.
    • Utilise different networking options effectively (meetings, joint planning sessions, entertainment, etc.), to build productive internal/external relations.
    • Have the ability to work in a remote office environement, thus be a self-starter and be able to coordinating resources telephonically or via conference calls.
