Account Manager at Lexdan Select

• Lexdan Select is assisting a multinational software company with their search for an Account Manager, based in the southern suburbs of Cape Town.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the existing customer base.
• Drive growth in annual revenue by successfully managing existing accounts and acquiring new customers.
• Monitor account performance metrics, providing regular updates and insights to both clients and the organization.

Requirements:

• Completed tertiary qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of account management experience in enterprise software required.
• Open to travelling occasionally both domestically and internationally.
