As our newly appointed Account Manager you will be responsible for selling Talent Assessment Solutions into a portfolio of clients in order to achieve sales growth to agreed target levels and beyond! You will carry out strategic management and planning of key accounts and develop strong relationships to embed SHL’s products and services. This role will involve actively seeking and developing new streams of business within your account portfolio.
You will meet with your clients face-to-face to gain an in-depth understanding of their business and HR strategy using the SHL Strategic Talent Management framework. You will also review the application of SHL products within client companies and recommend appropriate applications of SHL products and services to grow your accounts.
This role will involve liaison within the various delivery teams within SHL to ensure the highest quality delivery of client projects. You will also be responsible for writing proposals and quotes to clients as part of meeting follow-ups and deliver presentations to clients and at local events.
