Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent qualifications. Basic Computer Literacy. Good interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written). Understanding of customer care and Batho Pele Principles. Willing to work under pressure.
Duties:
Verify and implement salary related transactions claims such as overtime, sessional allowances and advances, instating garnishee orders, Capture the cancellation of deductions such as insurance policies, check and authorize Local and Foreign travel and subsistence claims on the PERSAL. Implement payments of salary claims and the correctness of the distribution of Payroll for signatories.
Implement control leave and lump sum payments. Do the BAS / PERSAL interface reconciliations, follow up and resubmit PERSAL exceptions on BAS. Check and implement salary related debt calculations and transactions to be affected on the BAS and control debt documentation. Attend and respond to enquiries related to this function. Filing of claim related documents. Perfom any related duties allocated to you by the supervisor
