Accounts Clerk (One&Only Cape Town) at Kerzner International

Key Duties and Responsibilities

•  Checking of invoices for accuracy & matching to supporting documents;
•  Processing supplier invoices;
•  Reconciliation to supplier statements;
•  Resolve creditors queries;
•  Month-end processes i.e. re-allocations of expenses and accruals;
•  Reconciliation of Balance Sheet Accounts;
•  Assist with tracking and recording of assets;
•  Assist with collecting and preparing audit deliverables;
•  Assist Cost Controller in duties;
•  Performs ad hoc duties and/or special projects as designated by the Director of Finance and Financial Manager.
•  Maintains full confidentiality over Resort Financial information.

Skills, Experience & Educational Requirements

•  Advanced Knowledge of Excel
•  Experience on Accounting software;
•  BComm or equivalent qualification (or studying towards said qualifications);
•  Analytical by nature, detail orientated;
•  Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
•  Accurate;
•  Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
