Accounts Payable Clerk at Nampak

Job Description

• Processing of supplier invoices for payment
• Query resolution
• Reconciling of all supplier payments
• Adhering to all accounts payable policies and procedures
• Clearing of GRNs and doing age analysis
• Meeting all weekly and monthly deadlines
• Liaising with operational staff at Bevcan plants around the country
• Liaising with suppliers when required.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Grade 12 or equivalent.
• Computer literacy with proficiency in Excel
• JDE experience will be an advantage
• Have at least 5 years experience in accounts payable
• Experience on On-base will be an advantage
• Must be deadline driven
• Must be able to work under pressure
• Honesty and feedback to management is essential
• Must be able to assist co-workers in ensuring that the department’ deadlines are met.
• Have good interpersonal and communication skills
• Must reside within commuting distance
