Accounts Receivable Analyst at McCormick & Company

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Printing and emailing invoices, credit notes and statements to customers.
• Following up on amounts due from customers.
• Processing receipts from customers.
• Supporting the credit limit change process.
• Supporting the price change process.
• Supporting the export sales process.
• Capturing non-stock goods receipts.
• Capturing stock invoices.
• Managing the GRIR (goods received, invoice received) control account.
• Supporting the month end close process.
• Managing corporate credit card application and limit change processes.
   

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
• At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Working knowledge of letters of credit and collection contracts for foreign customers beneficial.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills and SAP experience beneficial.
• Good organisation and time management skills.
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Operate effectively in a team environment.
• Work independently.
• Work well under pressure.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to deal with internal and external persons at all levels with confidence.
• Energetic person with a passion for customers.
• Ability to take initiative and continuously improve on functional processes.
