Accounts Receivable Manager at Network Recruitment

Job Experience & Skills Required:

• Perform credit evaluations for all new accounts
• Implement appropriate credit and payment terms for debtor accounts
• Negotiate settlements on outstanding debtor accounts
• Meet targets for timely collections
• Review and interpret accounts receivable statements and reports
• Supervise the preparation of necessary accounts receivable reports
• Motivate team involvement and collaboration
• Promote adherence to established quality standards within the team
• Manage staffing needs
• Track and address issues related to staff absenteeism
• Organize regular feedback and discussion sessions for operational updates

Qualifications: 

• Diploma in Finance, Accounting or Credit Management
• Minimum 10 years experience 
• Minimum 2 years managerial experience
