Accounts Services Manager at Inter Africa Transport Forex

Job Summary:

• This role will also have the responsibility to guide, mentor and train junior staff to ensure operational excellence and effectiveness, as well as maintain strong relationships with service providers, suppliers and customers. 

Responsibilities

• Accounts (Suppliers/Debtors & Customers/Creditors) managed, monitored and improved by ensuring up to date recons, regular follow ups and up to date accounts;
• Customer & Supplier Service Centre (Support) managed, monitored and improved by ensuring quality, fast and reliable service;
• Track and monitor service levels at sites, stations, customer service centre and accounts to ensure customers satisfaction, volume growth and economies of scale;
• Smart sniper targeted Credit plan developed, and rolled out to substantially step change and grow Diesel volume and market share, including but not limited to;
• Full analysis of both existing and potential new customers credit worthiness/risk and potential collateral required/available to set appropriate limits;
•  Keeping credit related working capital utilised to a minimum by smart sniper targeted cherry picking of Credit plan customers based on competitor offerings by working closely with the Sales & Marketing Manager and his/her team to gain the necessary input and information required;
• Credit facility agreements developed (with support from Legal),rolled out and signed to ensure the necessary collateral and risk protection to the Company;

Qualifications

• Cr Management Qualification or equivalent
• Valid Passport and Driver’s License
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position
• Logistics, Financial Services, Financial Technology or Consumer Financial Services experience preferred
