Active Network Technical Officer
- Job Type Full Time
- Qualification National Certificate (NCV)
- Experience 3 years
- Location Gauteng
- City Pretoria
- Job Field Engineering / Technical
Main Purpose:
- To build, maintain and support a stable network infrastructure and ensure accurate service provisioning and monitoring
- Network Build
- Service Provisioning
- Network Support and Maintenance
Working conditions:
- Highly competitive environment with customer focus as a key differentiating factor
- Extended work hours where applicable
Knowledge, qualifications and experience:
- National Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification
- At least 3 years’ experience in a telecoms environment
- Knowledge in the following areas is essential:
- PDH Network
- SDH Network
- WDM Network
- IP Network
- DCN Network
- Must have good understanding of SDN networks (NFV)
