Qualifications & Experience

• Matric Certificate essential
• Tertiary education would be advantageous
• A minimum of four years customs Bill of Entry experience
• Strong, proven experience in an Customs environment

Key Responsibilities

• To attend to all APDP queries
• Ensure all shipments are handled in line with client requirements and all risks are identified and mitigated
• Manage and optimise the OTIFNE (On Time In Full No Errors) performance ensuring client satisfaction
• Adherence to the prescribed legislation, regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures within the team
• Elevate queries and issues
• To ensure all exbond payment listings is processed timeously
• All PP, refunds, VOC's are handed over once released to Invoicing team
• Accuracy of processing on operating systems
• Ongoing strong and proactive communication with your team, client and other 3rd parties
• Accurate data capture, no VOC's
