Admin Clerk at Country Bird Holdings Ltd (CBH)

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 (Matric)
• Computer literate in Excel
• Be able to work shifts, including, day-, night shift, weekends and public holidays
• Be able to work overtime
• Good health - working in a cold environment
• Basic mathematical skills
• Clear criminal record

Duties and Responsibilities

• Any administrative functions required for the efficient running of the warehouse
• Receiving of cash from COD customers and responsible for the accuracy thereof. Handling of card machine sales
• Daily banking of cash received, with 100% accuracy
• Daily De-briefing of delivery vehicles, check and verify returned products. Manage card machines for delivery routes & match slips with invoices
• Daily Camera (CCTV) monitoring and checks on route loading to verify stock loaded
• Assist with receiving of supplier deliveries, and daily loading of company delivery vehicles
• Assist with weekly and monthly stock takes
• Assist with Health & Safety as well as Food Safety Management documentation and check sheets
• Adhering to Health & Safety and Food Safety requirements
• General duties as per operational requirements
