Admin Clerk - EPOD's at RCL Foods

Job Description

We at RCL FOODS are in search for a Admin Clerk - EPOD's to join our Rustenburg Business Unit. The role will be based in Rustenburg and report to the Admin Controller. RCL FOODS is looking for an incumbent to manage the Admin functions at the depot

Minimum Requirements

• Matric and finance qualification or studying towards a qualification
• Excel experience - required
• SAP experience - preferred
• Knowledge of Purchase Order and Reconciliations
• Minimum 1 years relevant experience

Duties & Responsibilities

Picking Documents – receive pack from despatch clerk

• Check documents for authenticity
• Check documents off the loading schedule
• Liaise with despatch on any shortfall of any documents not received
• Re-pack and staple  
• File in accordance
• POD Documents
• Source according to outstanding list
• Compile daily report
• Provide feedback for the KPI report
• Ensure discrepancies are highlighted and addressed by the relevant clerk
• Ensure POD’s received is a full complete pack
• Originals to be file in accordance to month it was delivered
• Scanning of POD’s to be done on a daily frequency before 14:00
• ZSDTR11 process to be done
• CHEP related
• Original chep slips to be copied , originals to be handed to pallet controller copies to be added to document pack before filing
• Scanning
• Prep documentation
• Feed through scanner
• Ensure report is clear
• Report machine repairs
• Filing
• Filing of all relevant documentation in accordance with following guidelines
• Original POD’s – In the month it was delivered
• Picking Documents – Monthly Boxes
• CSD & Branches
• Storages
• Digistics
• Customers
• POD filing – Monthly boxes
• CSD & Branches
• Storages
• Digistics
• Customers
• Weighbridge
• Capture weighbridge stats on the relevant excel sheet
• Report and investigate anomalies
• Hand over to PBCS Logistics manager for approval
• Hand to Accountant for final approval
• File in monthly boxes
• Invoices
• Send invoices as requested from relevant branches/customer/storages
• Send Digistics invoices Monday morning for Sunday billing
