2 to 3 years' relevant experience related to administrative duties within local government or similar environment.
DUTIES
Office administration: Maintain a confidential filing and pending system. Handling all incoming/outgoing correspondence. Process claims and travel arrangements. Minutes and agendas. Arrange venues, refreshments, etc. for meetings. Professional and efficient handling of telephone calls and enquiries relating to the section. General administration duties.
Rendering administrative support and assistance for Ward Committee Meetings: Arrange venues. Arrange refreshments. General admin support regarding the function. Handle a variety of administrative tasks, including managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, managing records, and assisting with meetings and events, but not limited to:
Making necessary travel arrangements. Receive visitors. Invitations (responding to invitations fo the Speaker and sending out invitations to meetings, functions, etc. Perform any other related ad hoc tasks as requested or instructed by supervisor (management) from time to time.
