Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12
• Computer Literacy
• 3 years' Experience in Licencing Environment

Core Responsibilities:

• Supervise implementation and cashiering staff in the MVRA section of Licensing.
• Provide a comprehensive administrative service, ensuring timeous and accurate service delivery.
• Distribute workloads effectively to ensure fairness.
• Keep file with all daily work control sheets for both implementation clerks and cashiers.
• Effective utilisation of resources allocated to the job to perform contracted work outputs and report on and escalate any shortfalls
• Ensure that all accounts are up to date and inform various stakeholders of any discrepancies
• Keep abreast with legislation and inform subordinates.
• Compile asset accountability report to ensure compliance.
• Ensure provisions of safety training meetings with safety representatives to ensure compliance with OHS Act.
• Ensure that required response time, quality and services delivery standards are always maintained.
