Remuneration    

• R 237 453 – R 279 708 perannum (Salary level 5).

Job Purpose    

• The Department of Police Oversight and Community Safety, Western Cape Government (WCG) has an opportunity for a competent individual to render administrative support services in respect of departmental strategic planning and reporting processes in the Department.

Minimum Requirements    

• Grade 12 (Senior Certificate or equivalent qualification).

Key Performance Areas    

• Provide personnel administration clerical support services within the component; Render general clerical support services; Provide supply chain clerical support services within the component; Provide financial administration support services in the component.

Competencies    

• Knowledge of the following: Clerical duties, practices as well as the ability to capture data, operate computer and collecting statistics; Understanding of the legislative framework governing the Public Service; Working procedures in terms of the working environment.
