Administration Clerk: Support (Communications/Public Relations)
Appropriate experience in communications, public relations, or media environment.
Minimum Educational Qualification:
Senior Certificate (or equivalent).
Duties
Assist with sourcing of stories for internal newsletter/ magazine. Assist with telephonic and written communication with internal stakeholders. Assist with drafting notices, memos and internal communication materials. Assist with the coordination of meetings, events and awareness campaigns. Assisting with the liaising and correspondence with external stakeholders, including NGO’s, churches, schools and other community stakeholders. Support the department with social media updates, distribution of communication material and public engagement activities when required. Public Relations and Communications Support and other Adhoc duties. General Administrative Duties.
