Three (3) year National Diploma (NQF 6)/Undergraduate Bachelor Degree(NQF7) in Office Management/ Financial Management/ Public Administration/ Business Administration/ Business Management. Minimum of one (1) year functional experience in office management or inspections and enforcement services.
Knowledge: Departmental policies and procedures. Public Finance Management Act, Minimum term expenditure budgeting processes, financial administration processes and systems, Computer literacy (MS Packages, excel, word, PowerPoint and ability to use email).

Perform budget planning for the Inspection and Enforcement Services Branch. Perform Human Resources functions for the Inspection and Enforcement Services Branch.
