Job description:

• The focus of the role is to provide quality assistance to the advisers/ underwriters and office manager which will assist in maximising customer retention and referral, in line with the Practice Service model and Procedures. The role needs excellent attention to detail and office administrative skills.

Responsibilities:

• Administration support (filing, scanning, typing of correspondence)
• Download client policies from Providers
• Respond to enquiries and maintain accurate records promptly
• Handle confidential information with discretion
• Maintain client record and database
• Maintain the CRM system

Minimum requirements:

• Grade 12 Certificate
• 1 - 3 years of strong administrative experience (Financial services experience is an advantage)
• Strong Computer literacy (MS Office)
• Proficient in written and spoken English as well as one other official South African language
