Minimum Requirements: Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent qualification.
Computer literacy.
Good interpersonal and communication skills verbal and written.
Understanding of customer care and Batho Pele Principles.
Willing to work under pressure.
Duties
Duties: Correspondence & Records: Receive, sort, register, and dispatch mail; manage filing and record-keeping systems (opening/closing files).
Labour Relations Support: Provide admin support for LR functions, coordinating information, managing training/performance records, and assisting with related activities.
Administrative Support: Render general office management, finance support (e.g., procurement admin), and secretariat services for meetings/workshops.
System & Data Management: Capture and update information on PERSAL systems; manage data related to labour departmental initiatives. Compliance: Ensure adherence to Batho Pele principles, Treasury Regulations, Public Service Act, and relevant labour laws.
