Job Description:

What are you going to do?

• Capture all manufacturing orders (MO’s) on the register
• Assist with keeping rework register up to date
• Filing
• Raising and sending of purchase agreements and purchase orders
• Capturing during stock takes (including weekends)
• Printing of customer collection picking slips
• Taking minutes of all meetings held
• Capturing all goods received notes and send to Finance department
• Daily scanning / filing of all delivery notes
• Data Capturing such as diesel register, trip sheets, standby schedule and etc
• All other admin duties handed to the incumbent with prior approval of the Operations Manager
• All other tasks handed to you within your capability

What you bring

• Must have at least Grade 12
• Must be able to work on Microsoft Office
• Previous admin experience with references will be advantageous
• Stay within a 15-20km radius and should not have any problem getting to work would be advantageous
