    Administrative Supervisor x2

    Job Description    

    • On the Dot Supply Chain Management (Pty) Ltd, a division of Novus Holdings, seeks to appoint 2 diligent Admin Supervisors in the Operations Department. This position is based in Durban, KZN. The successful incumbents will report into the Branch Manager.

    Key Duties and Responsibilities    
    Key responsibilities: (The primary tasks, functions and deliverables of the role)

    • Give daily reporting feedback to all stakeholders, where required.
    • Proactively plan and enforce compliance to deliver a high level of service.
    • Ensuring accurate verification and capturing of source documents to relevant systems.
    • Reduce printing through improved administrative and time management processes.
    • Reconciliation of accounts and pass credit on invoices in query
    • Ensuring daily recons and day ends completed (shortages, refusals, routes returned, etc)
    • Problems are identified proactively, root causes identified speedily and practical steps are taken to prevent the recurrence of such problems.
    • Assisting with all customer-related queries (i.e. Account queries, listings-de-listing requests, etc.)
    • Ensure all inventory and stock storage locations are kept up to date
    • Ensure all filing and scanning of documents are up to date
    • Ensure POD tracker error reports are being cleared

    MEASURE

    • Deadlines, service levels and quality standards achieved
    • POD tracker error reports
    • Various SCM reports
    • Responsible for stock handling in distribution and related controls
    • Meet financial and cost saving project objectives as agreed to,

    Educational Requirements    

    • Matric or equivalent

    Experience Requirements    

    • Previous experience in FMCG;
    • Previous inventory experience;
    • Retail experience; Media distribution
    • Previous experience in managing SLAs and external contractors;

    Knowledge

    • Knowledge of distribution principles;
    • Knowledge of inventory management;
    • Knowledge of Retail Management
    • Knowledge of operating systems/applications(Syspro)
    • Basic knowledge of all Microsoft applications
    • Proficiency in relevant software packages and applications (SAP, Syspro,)
