Administrator (Afrimat Iron Ore – Jenkins Mine) at Afrimat

Duties and responsibilities:

• Execute general administrative duties
• Assist management with scheduling of meetings
• Check for accuracy of deliveries
• Assist with obtaining quotes from suppliers and preparing purchase orders
• Complete records as required and submit to Finance department
• Carry out ad hoc duties as requested by the manager

Minimum Qualifications / Experience / Requirements:

• Grade 12
• Driver’s license
• Effective communication skills
• Good clerical and administrative ability
• Minimum 5 year’s clerical / administrative experience
• Basic administrative & computer skills
• Willingness to work overtime
• Passionate about the company and their work

• Shows commitment and takes ownership of work
• Shows continuity in attendance
• Good planning and decision-making skills
• Be prepared to work after hours and work away from home when needed
