Administrator: Credit Control – Riversdale (Closing date: 30 January 2026) at Hessequa Municipality

Requirements: 

• Relevant NQF 6 tertiary qualification 
• Code B drivers’ license 
• Computer literate 
• Able to communicate in two of the official languages of the Western Cape 
• Five years’ relevant experience in a similar position. 

Duties:  

• Execute  credit  control  and  debt  collection  duties  Provide  indigent  support  duties  
• Implementation  and administration of external/legal collections 
• Compile notices and reports 
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders 
• Process and verify debtor transactions 
• Reconcile debtor accounts 
• Preferential debt collection 
• Handle enquiries 
• Administrative tasks.and Asset Management 
• Supervision 
• Management of customer relations and communication Handle enquiries.
