Administrator - Johannesburg at Excellerate JHI

Experience / Education:

• Grade 12 or equivalent and at least 2 years relevant experience in an administrative environment.
• Retail shopping centre experience will be a recommendation.

Skills required:

• Telephone skills; General Administrative skills; computer literacy (MS Office, particularly Outlook and Word, Excel); Ability to Multi-task; Interpersonal skills, English business writing skills.

Knowledge required:

• Switchboard, General layout of the centre, Policies & Procedures, Relevant legislation,

example FICA, OHS.

Competencies required:

• Communication, Customer & Quality Focus, Methodical, Teamwork & co-operation, Self Confidence; Tolerance for Routine.

Major drivers of work volume:

• Sophistication of switchboard equipment; number and complexity of incoming calls, leasing,
• procurement, projects.
