Administrator Mr Price Money at Mr Price Group

purpose

The purpose of this role is to support the admin function related to all revenue generating products in store and via the call centre for Cellular. and to facilitate all marketing initiatives, finance invoicing, reconciliation, activation and new product implementation.

key Responsibilities

Vendor and partner relationships

• Support key supplier relationships, Maintain joint customer experience standards, Support management and business teams in third party suppliers

Marketing

• Supplier liaison regarding marketing initiatives.
• Supplier annuity deal advertising ensuring correctness of all elements. Ensure marketing is delivered as scheduled and as per supplier requirements

Finance

• Invoice creation and submission.
• Administration new product implementation.
• Administration of annuity generating products from third parties.

Operations

• Liaising with operations teams regarding system functionality and new product availability, details and pricings.
• To ensure all external customer queries are resolved within 48 hours.
• To resolve all supplier queries timeously and all details are current and correct.

Reporting

• To ensure suppliers and internally receive accurate reporting as required. To ensure supplier invoicing is collated, balanced and sent to supplier and internally.

Systems

• To ensure systems meet requirements instore and at call centre meet requirements.
• To ensure maintainence of master user status at MTN and Vodacom. Annuity support to all team as master user.

Requirements

• Education:

• Grade: 12.

Experience:

• 1 - 2 years experience in the cellular retail and post paid

Knowledge/ Skills:

• Computer Literacy.
• Telephonic and Written Skills.
• Proficient MS Office.
