    Administrator - Payroll Company NameExpleo Group

    Responsible for the day-to-day completion of administrative tasks and supporting their local employee base as well as their Finance team. Works under the supervision of a senior team member, with a focus on learning and applying typical Finance and admin policies and procedures within the company.

    Responsibilities

    • Reviews and verifies daily intergration file from HR system to ensure data is correctly captured in the Finance System
    • Data capturing of all types of absences in Finance System
    • Administer variable pay data entries ensuring that it is accurately captured in the Finance System (this includes daily, monthly, quarterly and annual changes).
    • Issue final payslip documents to leavers
    • Delivering Finance communication as informed through the necessary channels.
    • Completing all basic administration including maintaining records for ISO requirements.
    • Handling and recording of incoming and outgoing material.

    Qualifications

    Essential:

    • No specific qualifications required

    Desirable:

    • An undergraduate degree, equivalent qualification or experience - Additional courses or certification in Finance

    Technical:

    • Strong administration skills and attention to detail.
    • Proficient with MS Office suite of programmes, in particular Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook.
    • Confident talking to stakeholders over the telephone and via email communications.
    • Able to build and maintain good relationships with internal teams and external contacts.
    • Good working knowledge of office administration procedures.
    • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads.
    • High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation.
    • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.

    Management:

    • Must be flexible, independent and self motivated.
    • Willingness to learn and participate in learning and training for personal and professional development.
    • Good self management, experience in delivering reliably and consistently against defined goals, adapting own approach to ensure goals are met.
    • Has a professional outlook, acting with integrity at all times.

    Budget:

    • Ability to manage own expenses and adhere to the expense policy. - No specific budget assigned.
