• Are you an organised multitasker with a passion for precision and customer service? We’re looking for a Smart Service Administrator to join our fast-paced automotive service team and help keep our operations running like a well-oiled machine.

Minimum Requirements    

• Grade 12 (Matric)
• Certification in office administration or business – advantageous
• 2–3 years’ experience in automotive service administration
• Proficiency in Dealer Management Systems (DMS) and Microsoft Office
• Valid driver’s license
• Clear criminal record
• Fluent in English and Afrikaans

Duties and Responsibilities    

• Assist service advisors and technicians with daily admin tasks
• Maintain service schedules and handle customer bookings
• Create and manage job cards; track service progress
• Archive service records and ensure audit compliance
• Process invoices and payments; reconcile expenses
• Generate monthly reports for performance tracking
• Liaise with parts, sales, and warranty departments
• Communicate service updates to customers and suppliers
