Administrator SHE at Johannesburg Water

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide and deliver services effectively as per identified needs and planned programme. Participate in internal audit and external audits. Participate in risk assessments.
• Ensure that all relevant documents are up-to-date and reflect in the management systems. Administrate corrective and preventive actions within the relevant governance framework. Provide support to SHE committees where relevant.
• Communicate safety topics to the workforce on monthly basis. Create and maintain effective office administrative systems and processes. Create and maintain effective information management Systems and processes.
• Ensure effective relations with the SHE function and other stakeholders. Support departmental governance and service management structures. Provide inputs during developing of corrective actions arising from internal and external audits relating to SHE administration where relevant. 

JOB REQUIREMENTS: ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Diploma in Safety Management or Environmental Health /Management/Sciences
• 2 years proven administrative experience
• Experience as a SHE Rep or any safety /health/environment related exposure
• Knowledge and experience of the following systems: MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, SAP.
