Administrator T&A - Northam Development at Redpath Mining

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Grade 12 or NQF 4 equivalent
• Relevant Office/ Human Resource/ Administrator certificate or similar at NQF 5
• MS Office proficiency
• Medically Fit

EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

• At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role
• Exposure to Time and Attendance systems
• Numerical reasoning and attention to details
• Knowledge of Firefly/ Ersbio or SAP
• Ability to generate absence reports and Org maintenance
• Maintain effective record keeping
• Excellent communication skills

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Effective administration of T&A system, ensuring accurate capturing, data integrity and reporting
• Good housekeeping
• Update T&A system with leave, transfer, inductions, medicals, and submission of relevant documents to payroll
• Accurate AWOP, overtime and short shift reports
• Investigate and provide feedback to employee queries
• Generate and verify accuracy of Labour reports and submit timeously to relevant line management
