ADMINISTRATOR
Duties:
General client administration.
Request ageings from all clients on a monthly basis.
Prepare the client reports.
Ensure that declarations are completed and submitted timeously to the insurer.
Attend to client queries timeously.
Ensure that client invoices are paid by the client timeously.
Prioritise and reprioritise tasks on a continuous basis ensuring that time standards are complied with. Any deviation must be reported to the responsible person timeously.
