As an Administrator in the training department, you will be responsible for supporting the smooth operation and delivery of training programs within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Keeping a schedule for trainers
Compiling training reports (PowerPoint presentations)
Proving training material needed by trainers (copying and binding)
Making copies and filing of completed assessments (filing systems)
Communicating with external service providers (getting quotes and scheduling of training sessions)
Maintaining of training database
Printing of certificates for signature
Sending completed documents to the relevant sites (signed certificates)
Liaising with site personnel with regards to training needs for scheduling of trainers
Minimum requirements:
A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field
2 to 3 years of experience in an administrative role within a training, HR, or educational setting
Familiarity with LMS or other training management software is advantageous
Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Ensuring accuracy in records, reports, and communications
Ability to work collaboratively with trainers, trainees, and other HR personnel
