    Advisor to Sales Contact Centre

    Job Description

    We are looking for a Sales Contact Centre Consultant to provide assistance and advice to the business on the following: 

    • Collaborate with the Operations team to establish sales goals and develop scripts 

    • Advise on agent performance metrics and reporting

    • Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to determine QA standards and guidelines 

    • Assess current team processes, procedures and documentation, identifying opportunities for improvement

    • Advise on the agent training curriculum

    Qualifications

    Required Education / Qualifications 

    • Matric

    Prefered Education / Qualifications  

    • RE5

    • Sales related qualification 

    Required Experience  

    • 2 - 5 years as a Sales Contact Centre Manager 

    • +1 year in an insurance contact centre 

    Prefered Experience 

    • Experience in consulting to organisations

    • Experience in setting up a contact centre 

    Required Experience with Systems/Tools  

    • Google workspace 

    • Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

    Prefered Experience with Systems/Tools  

    • Vicidial

    Additional Information

    A successful candidate should have the following skills: 

    • Familiarity with the latest industry trends and developments 

    • Excellent communication and presentation skills 

    • Good time management and organizational skills 

    • Highly detail-oriented individual
