Job Description
We are looking for a Sales Contact Centre Consultant to provide assistance and advice to the business on the following:
Collaborate with the Operations team to establish sales goals and develop scripts
Advise on agent performance metrics and reporting
Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to determine QA standards and guidelines
Assess current team processes, procedures and documentation, identifying opportunities for improvement
Advise on the agent training curriculum

Sales related qualification
Required Experience
2 - 5 years as a Sales Contact Centre Manager
+1 year in an insurance contact centre
Prefered Experience
Experience in consulting to organisations
Experience in setting up a contact centre
Required Experience with Systems/Tools
Google workspace
Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Prefered Experience with Systems/Tools
