Requirements: 

• Potential candidates must be suited to serve on the Panel by virtue of their qualifications, expertise, and experience in the fields of Education, Business, Information and Communication Technology, Youth Development, and Community Activism. Applicants must in addition possess no less than 5 years’ solid experience in any of the areas enlisted. A curriculum vitae and copies of qualifications must be submitted with applications.
