Afrikaans Au Pair | Darrenwood, Randburg | R15 000 Per Month at Au Pair Extraordinaire

• Area: Darrenwood
• Children’s Ages: Twins aged 13 years old (Grade 7)
• Working hours: Monday – Friday: 13h30 to 18h00
• School holiday hours: Same as above / Slightly Flexible
• Duties: Pick up kids from school, transport them to activities, ensure homework is completed, assist kids to write speeches (research, grammar check, flashcard preparation, and materials preparation), assist kids to study for exams, etc. Occasional overtime will be required but the candidate will be compensated for overtime.
• Special Requirements: Teaching Qualification / Experience is highly advantageous, Afrikaans speaking a must and must be fully bilingual. Own transport essential, must have a reliable vehicle.
• Start Date and contract term: May – permanent
• Salary: R15 000pm (Gross, before deductions) + SARS rates per km (R4.95)

All Au Pair Extraordinaire applicants must fill the following requirements:

• Must have at least 12 consecutive months of formal child caring experience, excluding work done for friends and family. This experience must be within the last 2 years.
• Must have their own, reliable car and at least 18 months driving experience.
• Must have at least 2 contactable childcare references.
• Must have a clear criminal record
• Must have a passion for children
• Must have Matric
• Must have a South African ID document.
